About Us

Octavia (Orthodontist Assistant)

Octavia was born in Howard County, and raised in Anne Arundel County. She has worked for Dr. Maxine V. Clark since Febrary 2002. Octavia trained at MSDA (Maryland State Dental Association) which is affiliated with Howard Community College. She successfully completed her training and is licensed in Orthodontic Assisting and Dental Radiology.

Nanette (Orthodontist Assistant)

Nanette was born in Virginia and is a longtime resident of Anne Arundel County. She is the newest member of Dr. Maxine Clark's orthodontic team and is a licensed Orthodontic Assistant with over 20 years experience. She was trained at MSDA where she received her license in Dental Radiology. She is committed to continuing her education by taking additional classes, participating in study groups, and reading dental/orthodontic literature. She enjoys meeting and working with all the patients.

Esther (Sterilization Assistant/Orthodontic Assistant)

Esther was born in Seoul, Korea. Esther attended the Maryland State Dental Association class in Orthodontics Expanded Functions. She also attended the University of California at Davis where she studied English and Oregon State University where she studied Human Development. Esther received her license in Orthodontic Assisting after successfully completing her course of training with MSDA.

Ashley (Front Desk/Sterilization Assistant)

Ashley was born in Florida. She has been in the orthodontic field for a short time. She has lived in Maryland since August 2008. She is currently attending Montgomery College to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology.

Dr. Clark adheres to all OSHA/HIPPAA standards and all clinical staff members are certified by the state of Maryland.
